After years spent being bathed by smoke from the smoker, and warmed by the flames of the fire, we finally perfected our rub recipes! Word got out, and gone were the days of showing up to a neighborhood Q with a dessert in hand. (Come to think of it, long gone were the days of actually going to cook outs at other houses…)
After giving enough of our seasonings and bbq away, we realized that we could no longer support everyone else’s habit of good barbeque — and decided to start our own business. And just like that, on a crisp Spring day in West Tennessee, Chomp Chomp Barbeque was born.
(We have since taken our products to the next level, having them mass produced at local joints.
